Reopening Guidelines

We are excited to be reopening on June 20th!

Please read our guidelines for reopening.

 

In-Store Visits:

We are requiring all of our customers to wear masks/face coverings. (No Exceptions)

In order to provide you with the best experience we will only allow a maximum of two customers shopping at any time.

For the first few weeks we are asking customers to call ahead of time to schedule a shopping time.  You will not be turned away if you don't call ahead but you may experience a wait time to come into the store if the maximum number of customers has been reached. 

While we will be cleaning all common area surfaces we recommend you take the necessary precautions you would take with any products bought at stores.

At the moment we will not be providing any in-store help with your projects but we will be scheduling video conference calls to assist you. (Please read section below)

 

No-Contact Pickup & No-Contact Porch Delivery:

We will continue to provide No-Contact Pickup & No-Contact Porch Delivery.  For more information please visit our Curbside & Delivery page.

 

Help with your projects:

At the moment we will not be providing one-on-one assistance at the store.  We will be happy to provide assistance via video conference.  Please reach out to us at team@l2d2yarn.com to schedule a time with us or reach us via Facebook or Instagram at @l2d2yarn.  Please provide us with a description of the issue you are having and include the pattern name for us to review prior to the video conference.
