Reopening Guidelines


We are excited to be open!

 

In-Store Visits:

We are requiring all of our customers to wear masks/face coverings. (No Exceptions)

In order to provide you with the best experience we will limit the amount of customers shopping at any time in order to maintain social distancing.

While we will be cleaning all common area surfaces we recommend you take the necessary precautions you would take with any products bought at stores.

We are currently scheduling one-on-one appointments for in-store help with your projects.  We are also scheduling video conference calls to assist you if you prefer. (Please read section below)

 

No-Contact Pickup & No-Contact Porch Delivery:

We will continue to provide No-Contact Pickup & No-Contact Porch Delivery.  For more information please visit our Curbside & Delivery page.

 

Help with your projects:

At the moment we are scheduling one-on-one sessions at the store.  We will also be happy to provide assistance via video conference.  Please reach out to us at team@l2d2yarn.com for schedule availability and pricing.  You may also reach us us via Facebook or Instagram at @l2d2yarn.  Please provide us with a description of the issue you are having and include the pattern name for us to review prior to the video conference.
