How do I earn Yarnventurer Rewards points?
From the moment you join our rewards program you start earning points with our sign-up bonus points! You can also earn points on your birthday, by following us on Instagram and liking us on Facebook, and of course with every purchase. Log in to take a look at all the points you can earn.
Do I only earn points online?
No. You can earn points for both in-store and online purchases.
How do I sign up?
Start by clicking the Rewards icon at the bottom of your screen. You will be prompted to sign up or login if you already have an account. You may also click Join under the Rewards link located in the menu at the top of your screen.
Let us know you want to join on your next visit, and we will be glad to sign you up.
Please Note: In order to receive your sign-up points, you must have an online account on our website that uses the same email address that you used in-store. Once your online account is created, your sign-up points will be awarded.
What rewards can I redeem my points for?
Our list of rewards varies. For an up-to-date list of rewards please click on Ways to Redeem under the Rewards menu at the top of your screen.
I made a purchase in-store, can I redeem my points online?
Yes. Any points you earn in-store are redeemable online as well. The same is true for points you earn online and would like to redeem on your next in-store visit.
Do I earn points for my entire purchase?
You earn points for your purchase amount after all discounts are applied and before taxes and shipping are added. Gift cards purchases excluded.
I purchased a gift card but did not receive any points?
Points are not awarded when purchasing a gift card. They are only awarded when the gift card is used to make a purchase.
Why are my points not showing up in my profile?
Please allow 72 hours for your points to upload to your profile. If your points are still missing after 72 hours, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How much does it cost to join the rewards program?
Zero! Participation in our rewards program is free to everyone.
Why did my free shipping reward only cover a portion of my shipping costs?
You can deduct anywhere between $5 and $10 off your shipping costs when you redeem points.
I earned points during a double-points day but I did not receive my extra points.

I did not mention I was a Yarnventurer Rewards member at checkout during my visit. How do I add my purchase to my profile to receive my points?
Send us an email form the email address associated with your rewards account to email@example.com. Please include the order number included in your receipt.
Where can I find my rewards balance?
You can find your rewards balance online when you log in to your account or by stopping by the store.
What happens to my points if I return my purchase?
Points previously earned for your purchases are automatically deducted from your point total when you return an item.
