Returns & Exchanges

Before you return any items email us at team@l2d2yarn.com to confirm that your order is eligible for return.

New regular-priced items in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase, except for Patterns, Magazines, Books, Gift Cards, Wool Care, and Personal Care items.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless it was our error.
