Shipping policy

 

Standard Shipping:  US & Canada

We do our best to send your order to you as soon as possible.  Our current processing time is 4 - 5 business days.   We strive to do our best to send your items within this time frame.  Processing times may vary depending on order volume, holidays, and other factors.  The timeframe above is an estimation and not a guarantee.

During checkout you will be able to choose which shipping option works best for you.  Most packages are mailed using USPS as it is the most economical option.  The cost of your shipment is based on the final weight of your items.

 

Standard Shipping:  International Orders

You will also be able to choose your preferred shipping method before you checkout.  Please note, international orders (including Canada) may incur additional import or duty charges.  The standard shipping charge does not cover these fees.  We are not responsible for any duty or additional charges.  If you are unsure if you will incur additional charges, please contact your local customs office.  International orders take 3 - 4 weeks to be delivered.

 

Tracking

U.S. & Canada

Once we ship your order, you will be notified and receive the tracking number for your package.  You will be able to track your shipment in transit.  Typically U.S. addresses receive packages within 4 - 5 days.  Packages being delivered to Canada may experience longer delivery times due to customs.
