Welcome to L2D2 Yarn!
We're a family-owned small business located in Orland Park, Illinois, dedicated to creating a welcoming space where makers of all skill levels can find inspiration, quality materials, and a supportive community.
Our journey began in December 2018 as Llama Llama Ding Dong Yarn, where we quickly became a gathering place for knitters, crocheters, spinners, and fiber enthusiasts to learn, create, and connect. Although we closed our Palos Heights storefront in 2023, the friendships and community we built never left us.
Today, we're excited to welcome both familiar faces and new friends into our new home, shared with RMR Yarn Co., our line of hand-dyed yarns that debuted in 2020 and continues to travel to fiber festivals across the country.
Whether you're searching for your next favorite yarn, the perfect notion, or simply a place to share your latest project, we're here to help. We love answering questions, exploring new ideas, and helping makers find exactly what they need.
