L2D2: Creative Goods for Makers is a family-owned creative studio based in Orland Park, Illinois, built on a simple belief: creativity has a way of bringing people together.

Our story began in 2018 with Llama Llama Ding Dong Yarn, where we welcomed knitters, crocheters, spinners, and makers of every skill level into a space where creativity, learning, and community could flourish. Those friendships and experiences continue to shape everything we do today.

In 2020, we launched RMR Yarn Co., our line of hand-dyed yarn inspired by color, craftsmanship, and the joy of creating. Since then, our yarn has traveled far beyond our local community, appearing in yarn shops and at fiber festivals throughout the country.

Today, L2D2 represents the next chapter of our journey. While yarn and fiber arts remain at the heart of our shop, our vision has grown to celebrate creativity in all its forms. Over time, you'll discover thoughtfully curated goods designed to inspire makers, creators, and lifelong learners alike.
