Shopping & Orders
Where is my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. The carrier's tracking page will provide the most up-to-date delivery information.
My order shows as delivered, but I haven't received it.
Please email us at team@l2d2yarn.com with your name and order number. We'll gladly help investigate the shipment and work with the carrier to determine the next steps.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We proudly ship worldwide.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
If your order has not yet shipped, we'll do our best to accommodate changes or additions. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Where is L2D2 located?
Our storefront is located in Orland Park, Illinois.
Do you currently offer knitting or crochet classes?
We are not currently scheduling classes. Please visit our Classes page for the latest information about future class offerings.
Do you wind yarn?
Yes! We wind yarn purchased from our shop at no additional charge.
If you're ordering online, simply leave a note during checkout requesting that your skeins be wound before shipment.
Do you sell finished items?
From time to time, we offer a limited selection of finished handmade items.
Do you provide finishing services?
Not at this time.
I saw a finished project on your website or social media. Can I purchase a kit?
Whenever possible, yes! Send us an email with a link or photo of the project you're interested in, and we'll be happy to let you know if we can create a kit for you.
Can I special order an item?
If you're looking for something specific, please reach out to us. We'll do our best to accommodate special requests whenever possible.

What kinds of products does L2D2 carry?
L2D2 offers creative goods for makers. Our selection includes yarn, fiber arts supplies, and other thoughtfully curated products designed to inspire creativity. As our shop grows, we'll continue expanding our offerings while remaining true to our maker-focused roots.
Will you be adding more product categories in the future?
Yes! While yarn and fiber arts remain central to our shop, we're excited to continue growing our collection of creative goods over time.
